  1. Rounds 7-14 (or 8 total rounds): Work 36 SC in each round, no increases. This will give height to the penguin body.
  2. Start Decreasing:
    • Round 15: 4 SC, Dec, repeat around. (30 SC)
    • Round 16: 3 SC, Dec, repeat around. (24 SC)
  3. Stuff the Piece Firmly: Begin filling with stuffing, ensuring the body remains smooth and rounded.
  4. Continue Decreasing:
